NEW GENERATION HOMES are fully aware of the barriers to providing affordable and sustainable housing for the general population of Australia. The shortage of affordable land, the higher cost of building and renting makes it very difficult for the average Australian to enter the housing market.
The greater cost of labour, materials and longer timeframes for completing construction has also lead to a great void in the delivery of housing in remote Indigenous communities. With this in mind, New Generation Homes have positioned themselves to provide both sustainable housing and Indigenous community housing. Our superior technology and systems result in an approximate 30% reduction in the cost of construction, whilst reducing the time frame for completion by 50%.
