We commence this home in late January and already we have it built to lock up stage. As it is a split level where this first level is below the natural level of the land, we had to take away alot of soil, put in retaining walls and double brick to first level, this took 6 weeks to complete, bearing in mind that this is a very big home at 90 squares, this was a short time to get it to first level.
This home will be used for weekend retreats and for weddings etc ,

Materials:
All of the homes that we have built generate all of their own electricity and capture all their water (grey) from the roof. The grey water can then be used on gardens without water restrictions. All walls, roof & ceiling are insulated.

Five Indigenous men from the Tweed Heads area with no construction experience were used to build our first concept home in Vincentia, south coast NSW. Construction time only 8 1/2 weeks after slabb was down. The Indigenous men were trained on the job over .the construction period.

A split level house, which we completed in 6 months.
